WASHER MATERIAL

Attached washer standard in 1010 steel or 300 series stainless steel

Available in either external lock washer or conical styles

NUT/WASHER SEALANT

Patented, thermosetting plastisol sealing nut material

Stable, non-aging

Provides a wide range of working temperatures (-60°F to +275 °F)

Unparalleled combination of plastic properties not available in any other form of sealing component

Chemically resistant to water, gasoline, petroleum oils, salt sprays, alkalis, acids, organic and aromatic solvents, detergents, ozone, hydrocarbons, oxygenated and

chlorinated solvents

PRESSURE RESISTANCE

Tested extensively by certified independent laboratories

Withstands up to 6,000 psi hydrostatic pressure
